What is a modular cabin?

Modular means ready-made in the factory and delivered ready-made to the site. So no matter if it is a 1 module house or several module house, modules up to size 13 x 4 x 4 meters are made in the factory with full interior and exterior finishes, then delivered to the site and assembled together on the foundation. Foundations have to be prepared before the delivery, and the same applies to communication connection points - water, electricity, and sewerage. Sometimes, if the location requires, the house can be delivered in panels, which will mean each wall, floor, and roof separately delivered and assembled together, it saves costs on delivery, however increases work on site.

How are luxury modular cabins different from traditional cabins or tiny homes?

Modular houses or tiny homes used to be quite different, and the same applies to qualities. From very simple ones to really modern style luxury ones. Top-end definitely are like cool living houses, with marble and parquet interiors, nice materials, well-designed floor plans, and high ceilings as well as large panoramic windows. The top end is luxury villas. More economical versions are those sustainable, well-isolated, timber frame houses, very popular among young families or older couples for their retirement or vacation houses.

Where are your cabins manufactured?

The factory is located in Latvia and the partner factory in Estonia. The most work takes place in those locations, and assembly work is on-site.

We have a completely organic house option, the house is made fully from organic materials. All materials are health-friendly and improve health over time. Plus, all houses are well isolated, so they are very energy efficient and long-lasting. Check out cabin specifications.

In the standard version no, it is an additional option.

Where do you deliver? Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we aim to be a global provider. Our target markets are the USA, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Switzerland.

Do you handle permits and zoning requirements?

No, but we support you with the necessary information.

What is the timeline from order to delivery?

1-6 months depending on the project size.

Yes, it is a great advantage for modular construction, a house can be easily relocated to another place.

Do you offer any warranties?

Yes, the main structure is designed for 50 years use accordingly to Eurocode building standard. Electronics and engineering systems are covered with producer warranties up to 10 years. Exterior, interior surfaces, depending on the material used, have to be maintained accordingly. There, the warranties differ, check the specifications for the exact cabin.

Are there any hidden or additional costs I should know about?

There are no hidden costs, check specifications. All prices are shown without VAT and without delivery costs. Delivery cost comes extra, depending on location. Delivery cost includes crane use on site, transportation and installation work.
